After several acquisitions, the Person family now operates 160 hectares of land. In 2016, Pierre Person joins this family adventure and represents the sixth generation. Château David Beaulieu is located in the municipality of Galgon, near Villegouge, and extends to the hills of Fronsac. The harvest is mechanical with sorting by machine. The wine production takes place in heat-regulated stainless steel tanks. The wine storage is done in steel tanks for 12 to 18 months. The wine is then mixed in large capacity tanks to allow the best possible homogenization of the final wine.
