From a confidential production, only 13,000 bottles are available each year. Two cuvées are produced by Audrey and Jean-Claude Vidal: a red Châteauneuf-du-Pape vinified according to ancestral methods and a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape whose production does not exceed 2,000 bottles. The vines are old, they produce low yields but of high quality. The average age of the vineyard is 70 years, the old vines are regularly replaced by new plans while respecting the original complantation. The vineyard is managed with respect for nature thanks to the use of organic composts.
