GALLICA makes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Albariño, Syrah and limited bottlings of estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. The brand symbol is a tribute to the ancient rose, their aromatics, and enhancement to winemaking. The Rossi Ranch vineyard, owned by Sandy Otellini and farmed by Phil Coturri’s team, is composed of fine clay loam soils, laced with light volcanic ash and obsidian shards, perfect for growing the wonderfully aromatic Grenache.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation takes place in open-top tanks, with just enough stems to produce elegant tannins, and élevage is carried out in neutral puncheons. Perfumed and elegant on the nose, with aromas of wild strawberry, red fruit compote, watermelon, thyme, anise, and wet stones.
