Purchased by his father in the 60’s and up until then destined to produce grapes to be sold in bulk, the farm is comprised of 10 hectares planted with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino and Cabernet among others. Silvio takes biodynamics with a passion and decides to carve his own path moving away from soulless, modernized Chianti styles.
