Cassis, graphite, tobacco, and chocolate notes make up the bulk of the nose, and it's full-bodied, has a stunning mid-palate, and tons of obvious minerality and salinity on the finish. Deep garnet-purple in color, it has a powerful nose of baked plums, stewed blackberries and cassis with nuances of dried lavender and fallen leaves, plus a hint of cedar.
